Contest Rules

1. To be eligible to Win:
   • Auto quote must be completed* via the AnsayAdvantage.com website
   • Must be a Wisconsin resident.
   • Must be 18 years of age or older to win.
   • Limit one (1) entry per person per household per year.
   • No Purchase is necessary.

   * A quote is considered complete when you click "Send My Information" and submit the quote to Ansay.

2. Prize Winner: The winner will be determined and the prize awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of the eligible entries received.
3. Notification: The winner will be notified by phone and/or email based on the information provided to us. Prize must be claimed within fourteen (14) days of notification. Failure to claim prize will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.
4. Void where prohibited by law. All entries not meeting the foregoing requirements are void. Ansay shall not have any obligation or responsibility with regard to entries that contain inaccurate information, do not comply with contest rules; or for technical error of any kind; for telephonic, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties.
5. Employees and immediate family members of A.N. Ansay & Associates, Inc., employees of competing insurance agencies and employees of participating giveaway sponsors are not eligible to win.
6. General Conditions: Enter to Win contest subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. No transfer, substitution or cash redemption of prize permitted by winner and no more than the listed prize(s) will be awarded. Ansay reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if prize(s) is unavailable. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winners' names, photographs and likenesses, for purposes of advertising and promotion without additional compensation, and for disclosing name of winner on the website and/or by mail, unless prohibited by law.
7. All entries become the property of Ansay and will not be returned. Winners agree that the Ansay, its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and promotion agencies shall not be liable for injuries, damages, or losses of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of a prize. By participating in this enter-to-win, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the judges which are final in all respects.
